DrPomen ialah webapp tempahan servis kereta Perodua di bawah MARK'S. Halaman ini terangkan data apa kami simpan dan kenapa.
Data yang kami simpan
- Akaun Google — nama dan emel, masa anda log masuk
- Nombor telefon — untuk foreman hubungi anda tentang booking
- Kereta — model, nombor plat, tahun, odometer, gambar (kalau anda letak)
- Booking — servis, tarikh, bayaran, resit, kredit dan setem
- Lokasi — hanya untuk Home Service / COD, bila anda tekan "Kesan lokasi saya"
- Akaun bank — hanya kalau anda minta refund ke bank
Sahkan WhatsApp
Untuk sahkan nombor, anda hantar kod MRP-xxxxxx ke nombor pengesahan kami melalui WhatsApp. Melalui WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta), kami terima nombor pengirim dan teks mesej itu sahaja. Kami guna untuk padankan kod dengan akaun anda. Kami tak balas mesej itu dan tak hantar mesej pemasaran.
Kegunaan data
- Urus booking, bayaran, refund dan kredit
- Hantar notis booking melalui emel
- Foreman yang ambil job anda nampak nama, telefon, kereta dan alamat (Home Service) — untuk buat kerja sahaja
Kami tak jual data anda. Kami tak kongsi dengan pengiklan.
Di mana disimpan
Data disimpan dalam Supabase (pangkalan data) dan Netlify (hosting), dengan kawalan akses ikut peranan. Emel dihantar melalui Gmail.

Privacy policy
DrPomen is a Perodua car-servicing booking webapp run by MARK'S. This page explains what data we keep and why.
Data we keep
- Google account — your name and email when you sign in
- Phone number — so your foreman can reach you about a booking
- Car — model, plate number, year, odometer, photo (if you add one)
- Bookings — services, dates, payments, receipts, credit and stamps
- Location — only for Home Service / COD, when you tap "Detect my location"
- Bank account — only if you ask for a refund to your bank
WhatsApp verification
To verify your number, you send a code MRP-xxxxxx to our verification number on WhatsApp. Through the WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta), we receive only the sender number and the message text. We use it to match the code to your account. We do not reply to that message and we do not send marketing messages.
How we use data
- To run bookings, payments, refunds and credit
- To send booking notices by email
- The foreman who takes your job sees your name, phone, car and address (Home Service) — only to do the work
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers.
Where it is stored
Data is stored in Supabase (database) and Netlify (hosting), with role-based access control. Emails are sent through Gmail.
